What you will do

• Check rights, permissions and loan terms for each item
• Document provenance and chain of custody
• Review AI answers on collections management

What we are looking for

• Registrar or collections management experience in a museum or gallery
• Knowledge of collection management systems
• Understanding of image rights and permissions
• Careful, consistent record keeping

Nice to have

• Experience with South Asian or Islamic art collections
• Knowledge of standards such as SPECTRUM
