1. Be who you say you are

One account per person. Your identity, qualifications and experience must be true. Never let anyone else work on your account.

2. Do the work yourself

Do not use AI tools, OCR, translation engines or other people unless a project explicitly allows it. Undisclosed tool use is the fastest way to lose access.

3. Flag uncertainty

If you are not sure, say so. An honest flag is worth more than a confident guess, and our scoring rewards it.

4. Keep client material confidential

Never copy, share or store project material outside the tools we provide.

5. Respect everyone

No harassment, discrimination or abuse of reviewers, clients or other experts.

6. Quality is continuous

A sample of your work is reviewed on every project. Consistent quality keeps your tier; repeated problems pause your access.

Breaking these rules can end your access and forfeit payment for affected work, as set out in your contract.
