How do we get paid?
You receive a share of each license fee. Your share is set in a written agreement before any data moves.
Do we lose ownership of our data?
No. Licenses are non-exclusive by default, so you keep ownership and can keep using your data, including licensing it elsewhere. A license is exclusive only if you choose that, in writing.
What happens to personal data?
It is removed or masked before anything leaves your systems, using an approach we agree with you under NDA. Nothing is shared with a buyer until you have approved it in writing.
Do we need to be a large company?
No. Companies with 30+ employees get the strongest offers, but smaller teams with well-documented, specialized work are welcome too. Tell us what you have and we will give you a straight answer.
Who licenses the data?
