What do the application statuses mean?

• Submitted: we have your application.
• Interview pending: take the AI interview for the role. Candidates who finish it are reviewed first.
• In review: our team is reviewing your profile and interview.
• Assessment invited: you are invited to a short, paid assessment.
• Shortlisted: you are on the shortlist for a project.
• Approved: you are approved; your contract and onboarding follow.
• Contracted: your contract is active.
• On hold: the role is paused; your application is safe.
• Not selected / Rejected: we are not moving forward for this role. This does not affect other applications.
• Disqualified: the application broke our integrity or eligibility rules.
• Withdrawn: you withdrew it.

We email you and show a dashboard notification every time the status changes.
