Who we are

Vettedlance is the AI-data business of SENDIT USA LLC (New York, USA), which is responsible for your data. Delivery is run by SENDIT (Private) Limited (Lahore, Pakistan).

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password (stored as a hash), or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
• Profile: headline, phone, location, time zone, languages, fields, education, experience, credentials, links, bio, availability, rate expectation, CV.
• Verification: identity and credential documents you upload, and our decisions on them. ID images are deleted once the identity check is decided.
• AI interview: your answers, the questions and the advisory score.
• Work and payments: applications and their status, payout method details you choose to give, tax residency and tax form type, payouts.
• Messages: support requests, partner and contact forms.
• Technical: a session cookie and a security cookie; a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. No advertising or analytics cookies.
• Marketing consent: whether you opted in, and when.

Why we use it

To run your account, review applications, verify experts (with your explicit consent for each document), match you to projects, pay you, answer requests, prevent abuse, and, only if you opted in, send updates about new roles. We rely on your consent, on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running a trustworthy expert network.

Automated scoring

The AI interviewer produces an advisory score. It never decides on its own: a person reviews every result, and you can ask for a human review and explain your answers.

Who sees it

Authorised Vettedlance staff. Service providers acting for us: Hostinger (hosting, database, email), Google (sign-in with Google, and the Gemini API that powers the AI interviewer). A client sees your details only with your permission, for a specific project. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Our servers and providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and profile: until you delete your account. ID images: until the identity check is decided. Interviews and applications: up to 24 months after your last activity, unless you work with us, in which case what contracts and law require. Payment and tax records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Most of this you can do in your dashboard; for anything else email hello@vettedlance.com and we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Vettedlance is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

We will update the date above and tell account holders about material changes.
