Terms for experts

1. Who we are

Vettedlance is the AI-data business of SENDIT USA LLC, a New York limited liability company. Contact: hello@vettedlance.com.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, give accurate information about your identity, qualifications and experience, and keep your password private. One account per person.

3. Applying is free

We never charge candidates to apply, to be assessed or to work. Anyone asking you to pay on our behalf is not us; please report it.

4. Roles and the talent pool

Roles marked "Hiring now" have live work. Roles marked "Talent pool" are for projects we expect to open; applying does not guarantee work. We may contact you when a matching project starts.

5. Engagement and pay

If you are selected, you will work as an independent contractor under a separate written agreement that sets your tasks, rate, payment schedule, confidentiality and ownership of work product. Rates are agreed before you start.

6. Honest work

Do not use AI tools, OCR or other people to complete tasks unless a project allows it, and do not share client material. Breaches can end your access.

7. Your data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Notice. You can update or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

8. Changes and closing your account

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. You can close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
