- Sign in and open Referrals in your dashboard to get your link.
- Share it, or use "Refer a friend" on any job page.
- See each person's stage: signed up, applied, active.
Rewards
Referral rewards are set per programme and confirmed in writing before they apply. We do not pay for sign-ups alone; rewards are tied to people who become active on paid work.
Organisations
Universities, associations and agencies can join our partner program for commission on closed deals.
