Why is there no rate card?

Because an hour of a board-certified physician and an hour of native-speaker transcription are different work. We quote per project, in writing, after a short scoping conversation, and we reply within two business days.

What does the 72-hour paid pilot include?

What happens if an expert isn't the right fit?

We replace them free of charge and re-review their work. You can read every expert's evidence pack before they start.

When do we pay a fee for a direct hire?

Only once the person starts with you. There is no fee for reviewing candidates, interviewing them or reading their evidence packs.

Can you sign an NDA first?

Yes. Ask in the quote form and we will send one before any details are exchanged.
