What you will do

• Read difficult manuscript hands, marginalia and seals
• Write transcription conventions for each manuscript tradition
• Adjudicate hard cases for the transcription team

What we are looking for

• Advanced degree or recognised expertise in paleography, codicology or manuscript studies
• Strong reading of at least two of Persian, Arabic and Urdu

Nice to have

• Catalogue or library work on manuscript collections
