What is the AI interview?

After you apply, you can take a short written interview for that role from Dashboard → AI interview. An AI interviewer asks around six questions about your experience and the work, one at a time.

• Answer in your own words. Pasting prepared text is noted.
• It takes about 20 minutes.
• A person reviews every result; the AI does not make the final decision.
• You can retake an interview for the same role after 30 days.
