How does vetting work?
Five checks, done once, that count for every project.
Vettedlance only puts verified people on client work. There are five checks:
- Identity: a government ID, checked once and then deleted.
- Credentials: proof of your highest relevant qualification or licence.
- Domain assessment: the AI interview for a role, reviewed by a person.
- Live calibration: a paid trial task when you are matched to a project.
- Continuous quality: reviewers score a sample of your live work.
You can see your progress under Dashboard → Verification.
