What you will do

• Write research-level questions with verified answers in your discipline.
• Grade model answers, calculations and experimental reasoning against a rubric.
• Physics track: build and check tasks that use simulations and numerical solvers.
• Biology track: review protocols and biosafety reasoning (microbiology, BSL-2+ practice).
• Review peer items for correctness and difficulty.

What we are looking for

• PhD in physics, chemistry, biology, microbiology, biochemistry, materials science or neuroscience, completed.
• Publications or a faculty or industry research record.
• Fluent written English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on BSL-2 or higher laboratory experience.
• Experience with simulation codes or numerical solvers.
• Teaching or exam-setting experience.
