What you will do

• Review AI-generated investment memos, valuations and credit analyses for accuracy and judgement.
• Build realistic finance tasks: modelling, accounting treatment, FP&A, deal analysis.
• Write scoring rubrics that separate expert-quality answers from plausible but wrong ones.
• Check spreadsheet outputs and calculations step by step.

What we are looking for

• CFA charterholder, CPA/CA, or 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, corporate finance or FP&A.
• Strong financial modelling and accounting knowledge.
• Fluent written English.

Nice to have

• Insurance underwriting or claims experience.
• CAIA or FRM.
• Experience reviewing junior analysts' work.
