Profile photo guidelines

A clear, friendly headshot builds trust with clients. Every member needs a profile photo before signing a contract, applying to a role, starting an interview or adding a payout account.

Do

• Your face fills about 60% of the frame (head and shoulders).
• Look at the camera.
• Face evenly lit: face a window, no strong light behind you.
• Plain or tidy background.
• A recent photo of you only.
• Neutral or smiling expression.
• Wear what you'd wear to work.

Don't

• Sunglasses, hats or face coverings (religious head coverings are fine as long as your face is fully visible).
• Group photos or cropped-out people.
• Logos, text, filters, cartoons or avatars.
• Blurry, dark or far-away shots.
• Photos of someone else or stock images.

How to add or change it

1. Open Dashboard → Profile.
2. Press Take a photo (front camera) or Choose from gallery.
3. Drag and zoom so your face sits inside the oval, then press Save photo.

Photos must be at least 400×400 pixels. You can change or remove your photo at any time; without a photo, signing, applying and interviews wait until you add one.
