How do referrals work?

Every expert has a personal referral link under Dashboard → Referrals. When someone joins with your link and is later paid for work, you earn a percentage of what they are paid, up to a cap per person and for a set period. The current terms are shown on your Referrals page.

You can track each person through the stages: signed up, application started, application completed, offer, hired and paid.
