About the work
Speech recognition is scored against human transcripts. Reviewers keep those transcripts accurate and consistent across many transcribers.
What you will do
- Listen to audio and correct transcripts word by word
- Check speaker turns, timestamps and noise tags
- Score transcribers' work and give written feedback
- Escalate unclear audio and guideline gaps
What we are looking for
- Native fluency in the audio language
- Excellent listening and attention to detail
- Transcription or proofreading experience
- Good headphones and a quiet place to work
Nice to have
- Experience with speech annotation tools
- Prior QA or team lead role
