What you will do
- Review AI model answers on harmful-content policy and safe model responses for accuracy, safety and depth
- Write realistic questions and gold-standard answers on harmful-content policy and safe model responses
- Rank competing model responses and explain your reasoning in writing
- Flag errors, outdated information and invented sources
What we are looking for
- Experience in trust and safety or content moderation
- Professional written English
Nice to have
- Teaching, mentoring or review experience
- Prior AI training or annotation work
