About the work
Most quality problems in data projects come from inconsistent guidelines and slow feedback. Good team leads fix both before errors spread.
What you will do
- Onboard and train new team members on project guidelines
- Review samples of each person's work and give feedback
- Answer guideline questions and escalate gaps
- Report daily progress and quality to the project manager
What we are looking for
- Experience leading a team in annotation, transcription, publishing or similar
- Strong reviewing skills in the project language
- Clear, patient communication
- Reliable availability during agreed hours
Nice to have
- Experience with annotation platforms and QA metrics
- Urdu, Persian or Arabic reading for manuscript projects
