What you will do

• Judge model explanations of poetry, metre and idiom
• Write reference interpretations of difficult verses
• Flag cultural and historical errors

What we are looking for

• MPhil/PhD in Urdu literature, or recognised standing as a writer or critic
• Excellent written English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Persian poetry
